What we sell

Six ranges, all of them general consumer goods. We do not sell food, medicines, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or anything else that needs a licence to supply.

Kitchen and dining

Cookware, utensils, storage containers, tableware, glassware and small kitchen accessories for everyday household use.

Home textiles

Bedding, towels, throws, cushion covers and curtains. Sizes and fibre composition are stated on each product page.

Storage and organisation

Boxes, baskets, hangers, drawer dividers, laundry bags and similar items for tidying wardrobes, kitchens and bathrooms.

Cleaning and household basics

Non-hazardous cleaning tools and accessories — brushes, cloths, mops, bins, ironing and drying aids.

Clothing

Casual everyday clothing for adults: tops, knitwear, outerwear and basics. Each listing carries a size chart and care instructions.

Accessories

Bags, belts, scarves, hats, gloves and costume jewellery. Materials and dimensions are listed for every item.

Stock changes. If an item is unavailable after you order it, we cancel that line and refund it in full — we do not substitute a different product without asking you first.

How ordering works

The same four steps apply whether you order from our own website or from a marketplace listing.

  1. 1

    Choose your items

Add products to the basket. The price shown is the price you pay; delivery is added at checkout.

  2. 2

    Check the order

Before you pay you see the full total, the delivery address and the delivery option. Nothing is charged until you confirm.

  3. 3

    Pay

Payment is taken through our payment provider the moment you confirm, and you get an order confirmation by email.

  4. 4

    Dispatch

We pack the parcel and hand it to the carrier, then email the dispatch note and tracking reference where there is one.

Payment

We accept the debit cards, credit cards and digital wallets supported by our payment provider. All prices are in pounds sterling.

  • Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page. JJA Commerce Ltd never sees or stores your full card number.
  • The provider is PCI DSS compliant and applies strong customer authentication where your bank requires it.
  • Payment is taken when the order is placed. If we cancel a line, that amount goes back to the original card.
  • We do not sell subscriptions and we do not store cards for repeat billing.
  • The company is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.

Prices and confirmation

  • Prices on the site are the prices you pay. There is no order handling fee and no surcharge for paying by card.
  • A contract is formed when we send the dispatch email, not when you place the order.
  • If a price is obviously wrong, we contact you before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel at the correct price.
  • Keep the confirmation email — it is your proof of purchase.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched on working days; anything placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday is processed the next working day.

Returns, cancellation and faults

Changed your mind — 14 days

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

  • Tell us within those 14 days, by email or using the cancellation form in our terms.
  • Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
  • We refund the price and the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of getting the goods back, to the card you paid with.
  • Return postage on a change-of-mind return is paid by you. We pay it when the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
  • Goods should be unused and complete. We may reduce the refund if handling beyond what a shop would allow has reduced their value.

Cancellation rights do not apply to sealed hygiene items once opened, or to goods made or personalised to your specification.

Faulty or not as described

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 sit on top of the 14-day cancellation right and are not affected by it.

  • Goods must match the description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for purpose.
  • Within 30 days of delivery you can reject faulty goods and ask for a full refund.
  • After 30 days and up to six months we will repair or replace; if that is not possible, you get a refund.
  • We pay return postage on faulty goods and never charge a restocking fee.

How to start a return

Questions we get asked

Is JJA Commerce a real registered business?

Yes. JJA Commerce Ltd is a private limited company registered at Companies House under number 16669302, incorporated on 24 August 2025, with its registered office at Fieldings, Briar Avenue, Chichester, PO20 8PX. You can look the record up yourself on the Companies House register.

Where do you deliver?

Addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship outside the UK. If that changes, the delivery section on this page will say so.

How do I pay, and is it secure?

By card or supported wallet, through our payment provider's secure page. Your card number is never handled or stored by us. Where your bank asks for extra authentication, you complete it in your banking app.

When is my card charged?

When you confirm the order. If we cannot supply something, that line is cancelled and refunded to the same card — usually within a few working days, depending on your bank.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Email us as soon as you can. If the parcel has not gone to the carrier we will amend or cancel it. If it has already been dispatched, use the 14-day cancellation right described in the returns section.

What if my parcel does not arrive?

Tell us and we will chase the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself — our contract is with you.

Do you sell to businesses?

Our terms are written for consumers. Business buyers are welcome to get in touch by email, but statutory consumer rights such as the 14-day cancellation right do not apply to business purchases.

What do you do with my personal data?

We use your name, address, email and order details to fulfil the order, handle returns and meet our accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data. The privacy notice linked in the footer sets out how long we keep it and what rights you have under UK GDPR.

5. Your right to cancel

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and return them within a further 14 days. We refund the price and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back. This right does not apply to sealed hygiene goods once unsealed, or to personalised items.

6. Model cancellation form

To cancel, email us with: "I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of the following goods [describe], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]."

7. Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery.

8. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for business losses.

9. Complaints and disputes

Write to us first at jjacommerce93@outlook.fr and we will respond within one working day, and resolve the complaint within 14 days wherever we can. We are not a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme. If we cannot settle matters between us, you can get free advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service, and you keep the right to take the matter to court. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Change-of-mind returns

14 days from receipt to tell us, then 14 days to send the goods back. Goods should be unused, complete and in a condition that allows resale. Refund of the price and the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods, to the original payment method. Return postage is paid by you.
